We take all reports of unlawful or unethical conduct seriously, including violations of our Code, and will fully investigate each report made. Depending on the nature of the report, the investigation may be performed by management, our board of directors, a board committee or outside professionals. No one will investigate a matter if they are named in it or if there is reasonable basis to believe they will not be an impartial investigator.
