We have security procedures to protect our facilities, employees and guests. Guns and other weapons are prohibited to the extent permitted under applicable law, as is violent or threatening behavior. Any person found to be in violation will be immediately removed from the workplace. Contact your supervisor, security or the human resources department immediately if you see any violations of this policy.
To comply with applicable law, respect the safety of one another and create the high-performance work environment necessary for us to be a trusted leader in outdoor recreation, we each are required to work without the impairment of alcohol, cannabis or illegal drugs. We therefore prohibit the possession, use, sale or distribution of alcohol, cannabis and illegal drugs on company property or while on the job. Reasonable and legal use of alcohol at company-sponsored events where alcohol is served is permitted.
